Meet Chef gutierrez
Chef Gutierrez started his career in culinary arts by attending The French Culinary Institute in Campbell, California. While attending, he was introduced to Chef Anthony Jimenez, an upcoming chef at ‘The Table’, a seasonal farm-to-table restaurant in San Jose, California.
Chef Gutierrez returned to Southern California where he went to work under Chef Jason Quinn at ‘The Playground’ and ‘Playground 2.0’ in Santa Ana, California. He came to ‘Ohana Kitchen + Cocktails in July 2017.
Chef Gutierrez has created his own kitchen and staff to match his style of medley traditional Southern California cuisine emphasizing classic techniques of French cuisine.
